At MSE, we’re committed to delivering reliable, high-quality service without compromise. Through ongoing investment in technology and process improvements, we’ve worked hard to keep our pricing stable.  However, over the past three years, we’ve faced relentless cost increases of 20–30%.  To continue delivering the level of service you expect from MSE, some adjustments to a few of our rates will take effect from 1st October 2024.

We’ve only made changes where absolutely necessary—and always with a focus on keeping increases as minimal as possible.
If your current plan raises any concerns, our customer service team is here to help. We offer a range of service levels and flexible payment options to suit your needs, including our new Direct Debit facility via the Customer Payment Portal  portal for added convenience.
