Through ongoing investment in technology and process improvements, we’ve worked hard to keep our pricing stable. However, over the past three years, we’ve faced relentless cost increases of 20–30%. To continue delivering the level of service you expect from MSE, some adjustments to a few of our rates will take effect from 1st October 2024.
We’ve only made changes where absolutely necessary—and always with a focus on keeping increases as minimal as possible.
If your current plan raises any concerns, our customer service team is here to help. We offer a range of service levels and flexible payment options to suit your needs, including our new Direct Debit facility via the Customer Payment Portal portal for added convenience.
